Adam Wenneker
Mr. Wenneker is a co-founder and Partner of Arlast, having founded the firm in January 2024. He oversees the firm’s Services department, including the Investor Relations, Human Resources, Legal, and Marketing functions. He is also a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Wenneker served as Chief Executive Officer of Wehner Multifamily, a private-equity portfolio company in the property management industry. During his tenure, Wehner managed over 25,000 units, collecting $300M of gross revenue with 1,000 employees.
Previously, Mr. Wenneker served in senior advisory roles at Google, Kimberly-Clark, and PwC Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) in New York, San Francisco, and Boulder. He began his career in strategy consulting with Accenture’s Dallas office.
Mr. Wenneker specializes in translating ideas into action and has led multiple multibillion-dollar transformation initiatives for global Fortune 500 clients. An outstanding communicator and relationship builder, he creates partnerships with key stakeholders and has progressive leadership experience transforming high-potential staff into outstanding professionals.
Mr. Wenneker earned a B.B.A., summa cum laude, from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX. Mr. Wenneker holds an M.B.A, summa cum laude, from Columbia University in the City of New York. He is a distinguished recipient of the McGowan Fellowship and has been recognized by the Board of the William G. McGowan Charitable Fund for his ongoing contributions to philanthropic programs. Mr. Wenneker is based at our headquarters in Dallas, TX and resides with his family in Arlington, TX.
