Sergio Chidichimo
Mr. Chidichimo is a co-founder and Partner of Arlast, having founded the firm in January 2024. He oversees Portfolio Management for the firm, including Asset Management, Property Management, Construction, and Procurement. He is also a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Chidichimo served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Birchstone Residential, the property management arm of Ashcroft Capital. During his tenure, Birchstone owned and managed 14,000 Class B value-add units across four states with a staff of over 400 team members.
Previously, Mr. Chidichimo served as Executive Vice President of Operations for Wehner Multifamily, managing over 25,000 Class B and C value-add units. Prior to Wehner, Mr. Chidichimo founded Lantower Luxury Living, which later consolidated into Lantower Residential to manage a $2B portfolio of luxury Class A assets owned by H&R REIT.
Mr. Chidichimo is a distinguished developer of high-caliber teams and skilled implementer of sophisticated processes. His battle-tested approach is to craft and nurture a culture that underpins the execution of business plans. Mr. Chidichimo has experienced multiple market cycles and prides himself on being adaptable in dynamic environments.
Mr. Chidichimo has been recognized as a Certified Occupancy Specialist by the National Center for Housing Management for his expert knowledge of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development affordable housing regulations. He is a current board member of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and holds a license from the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is also a member of the TREC Young Guns organization. Mr. Chidichimo is based at our headquarters in Dallas, TX and resides on his family ranch outside of Kemp, TX.
